Purchase and Sale Agreement

This agreement is madę and entered¹ into, effective as of² 25* October 2004, by and bsmim

1.    The Seller hereby³ agrees to deliver to the Buyer on or before l^st January 2005 the folki goods: 12 integrated Computer systems, together with scanning and printing eąuipmer.' software, as specified in Appendix⁴ 1.

2.    The Buyer hereby agrees to accept the goods and pay for them in accordance with⁵ the 1 of the contract.

3.    The Buyer shall make payment for the goods at the time when and at the place where the j are received by him.

4.    The Seller shall be responsible for loss, regardless of⁶ the cause, until the goods have ~eaiw| accepted by the Buyer.

5.    The Buyer shall have the right to examine⁷ the goods on arrival. He must give notice⁸ to the SB of any claim for damages on account of⁹ the condition or ąuality of the goods within sadp working days of delivery. If no claim is madę within this time, the goods will be consi: to have been accepted by the Buyer.

6.    Executed in duplicate¹⁰, one copy of which was delivered to and retained¹¹ by the Buyer. agreement is effective as of the datę mentioned above.
