As a romance author, I’ve always becn fascinated to learn how couples first met. Perhaps that’s why one of thc most enjoyable parts of writing a book is describing that electric moment when the hero and heroine first come into contact—their reactions, thcir thoughts and feelings, the emotions thcy experiencc. And for cvery book, just as for every couple, it’s different.

In the Sealed u/ith a Kiss series, the couples are brought together through the written word. For Leah and Hunter in Mail-Order Bridegroom, it’s in the form of a newspaper advertisement She needs a husband and he needs... Weil, that changcs through the course of thc story, and through the course of their marriage.

I will tell you that writing this book gave me the opportunity to explore a story with greater emotional depth, a story with an incredibly strong hero and a feisty, independent heroine—a couple who in the spirit of today’s Harlcquin Romances "Dare to Dream”...and darc to succeed.
