How to deal with difflculties, which occur while persuading?
If the negotiator encounters sorne difficulties in convincing the other party, they should think about this situation and analyze the following circumstanc.es:
• Whether they could create a positive atmosphere for them and what they speak
• How credible and attractive they were for the interlocutoł
• To what extent the new ideas and Solutions they present were attractive for the interlocutor?
• Whether the ideas and Solutions were something new for the interlocutor or could they be 4acquainted’ with them and had some knowledge and beliefs about thera
• Whether they were able to present the new ideas and Solutions to the interlocutor so they could easily understand it?
• Wouldn’t it be better to use some other argumentation, e.g. add some emotional arguments?
• Was the form of convincing adequate, not too pushy and not too restrained
• Did the interlocutor have enough time to think?
