Neck opening
The rwo vertical and horlzontal edges of the panel flaps are folded twice and stitched with smali overcast stitches from the wrong side. The searns should only be a few mm. wide. The stitch is the same type as that used for hemming.
The edge of the shirt panel is tumed inward and dosely stitched to the lining from the right side using tiny overcast stitches. The lining panel is tumed inward and closely stitched to the shirt fabric from the wrong side in the same manner.
The panel opening is reinforced by stitching the shirt panel to the lining along the lower 2 cm. of the opening.
