Removal

Instailation

Instailation

1.    Ensure timing marks aligned [3].

2.    Fit timing belt to crankshaft sprocket.

3.    Install:

o Timing belt lower cover [6]. o Crankshaft pulley [5].

o Crankshaft pulley bolts [4]. Tightening torque: 20 Nm.

4.    Ensure timing marks aligned [2],

5.    Fit timing belt to remaining sprockets and pulleys.

6.    Ensure belt is taut between sprockets on non-tensioned side.

7. Tum tensioner pulley slightly anti-clockwise. Use 8 mm Allen key [7]. Remove pin from tensioner body to release pushrod [8].

8. Tum crankshaft two turns clockwise. Ensure timing marks aligned [2] & [3].

9.    Install components in reverse order of removal.
