When Is the Suhjunetive (Vot IJsed in Dependent Adverb Clauses in Spanish?

Dependent adverb clauses do not always require the subjunctive. Use the indicative:

•    if the action in the dependent clause has occurred prior to the action happening in the main clause.

•    when the adverb clause indicates habitual actions.
