Upper guide bar assembly

This chamfer, and the corresponding angle in the clamping błock push the guide bar into the corner of the notch in the frame.

Bandsaw frame upper arm

This cutout is for the back of the guide body if the guide moved all the way up.

These screws are slightly tricky to insert.

This notch hooks around the back edge of the frame

Notch deepened here so that clamping błock will press against the bar, not the frame.

A second hole in this błock allows it to be mounted higher to elear the blade guide when the guide is moved all the way up.
