Dear reader,

This is alrcady the second parchment craft design book by Sandy Fang from Tatwan. Sandy is a very active and enthusiastic Pergamano Teacher; she creates lovely designs and her work is of high standard.

For me it is very rewarding to sce how one of my early studcnts has developed herself as a quality author of parchment craft books. Sandy is a great ambassador for Pergamano parchment craft which I am surę many othcrs will apprcciate. With her passion for the craft she inspires many othcrs to get started and enjoy this lovely craft.

Her famę gocs also bcyond the frontiers of her country thanks to the modem and comfortable way of communication: her website.

I am surę new people will be inspired to get their hands on parchment craft after have seen Sandy’s books. These active craft people give me good reasons to visit Taiwan morę often. During my visits l teach studcnts to become Registered Pergamano Teachers.

Also I promote the International Parchment Craft Academy.

This Academy supports Pergamano Teachers in Taiwan as well as in many other countrics.    '

The Academy's objcctive is to teach the various parchment craft techniques in the original way to teachers, who pass on their skills to their students.

In this way the craft becomes within the reach of cverybody.
