BPtr: (Yarn over) two times, insert hook from back to front to back around postof stitch indicated and puli up a loop, (yam over and puli through 2 bops on hook) three times.

FPtr: (Yarn over) two times, insert hook from front to back to front around post of stitch indicated and puli up a bop, (yam over and puli through 2 loops on hook) three times.

Base md, each side: Any multiple.

Rnd 1: Ch 1, sc in each sc around, placing 3 sc in each comer st, join with slip stto first sc.

Rnd 2: Ch 3 (counts as dc), dc in each sc around, placing 5 dc in each corner st, join with slip st to top of ch-3.

Rnd 3: Ch 7 (coints as FPtr, ch 5), BPtr in same ch-3, *FPtr in next dc, ch 5, BPtr in same dc, ch 5; rep from * around to last st join with slip st to 2nd ch of ch-7. Fastenoff.
