Begin 3 sts to left of comer st.

Rnd 1: Ch 1, (sc, ch 3, 3 dc) in same st, skip 2 sts, *(sc, ch 3, 3 dc) in next st, skip 2 sts; rep from * around, join with slip st to first sc. Fasten off.
