Create Your Job Post With The Step One Expectations

Now that you have your expectations, it is time to write your job post. I would write this as a text file and save it because you may be editing

You should keep it pretty simple. Maybe four or five sentences on what you are looking for as well as a bulleted list of expectations.

Make surę to include how many hours per week you are looking for and how you will pay (Paypal is popular and protects you.) You might alsomention how often you will pay (weeky, monthly, etc...)

Killer Tip: Make your V.A. invoice you - this saves you time and is really their responsibility anyways.
