11-8 EXHAUSTVALVE

•    Install a new gasket and the cap.

•    Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.

H Exhaust side valve cover bolt:

4.5 N m (0.45 kgf-m, 3.3 Ib-ft)

*    After assembling the exhaust valve, inspect it for smoothness by rotating the exhaust valve shaft.

NOTĘ:

*    Temporarily install the bolt to the exhaust valve shaft for above inspection.

*    Hołd the exhaust side valve in fear of dropping off.

DISASSEMBLY

•    Drain the transmission oil.

•    Drain the engine coolant.

•    Remove the right crankcase eovef.

•    Disconnect the exhaust valve governer rod ©
