CYLINDER. CYLINDER HEAD AND PISTON 4-9

♦    Install new O-rings @ and ®.

♦    Install the cylinder head.

NOTĘ:

Apply Bond “1207B” to the stud bolt threads when assembling the removed stud botts into the cylinder.

CYLINDER HEAD

♦    Tighten the cylinder head nuts to the specified torque accord-ing to the specified tightening order as shown.

ca Cylinder head nut:

lnitial:15 Nm (1.5 kgf-m, 11.0 Ib-ft)

Finał: 25 N m (2.5 kgł-m, 18.0 Ib-ft)

♦    Tighten the engine mounting bracket bolt. (C^3-5)

♦    Tighten the spark pług. (£3^2-6)

INSPECTION AFTER INSTALLATION

•    Route the cables and hoses properly. (ci?* 1'9 \t 2 to 14)
