11-8 EXHAU$TVALVE

*    After assembling the exhaust valve, inspect it for smoothness by rotating the exhaust valve shaft.

NOTĘ:

*    Temporarily install the bolt to the exhaust vafve shaft for above inspection.

*    Holci the exhaust side valve in fear ot dropping off.

•    Install a new gasket and the cap.

•    Tighten the bolts to the specitied torque.

H Exhaust side valve cover bolt:

4.5 N m (0.45 kgt-m, 3.3 Ib-ft)

DISASSEMBLY

•    Drain the transmission oilĄępFg-9) \    " v-

•    Drain the engine coolant. (c5"2-1^j- \J>

•    Removethe right crankcase oover. (CC7“6-3)

•    Disconnect the exhaust valve gbvemer rod CD.
