Connecting the two territory islands of Taipa and Coloane, the China Macau World Trade Center is envisioned to cover over 700 hectares of reclaimed land. The center includes two principal components: an International Trade Mart and an Entertainment Complex composed of ten hotels and an Oriental Theme Park.
The International Trade Mart, located immediately west of the new Macau Airport, is an integrated complex of exhibition facilities, and sales manufacturing offices.
The dramatic architecture recalls many of China’s design traditions.
The Oriental Theme Park is envisioned to be the premier entertainment attradion in Southern China. The park will be a circular open space at the center of the Entertainment Complex and will be surrounded by concentric rings of gardens, landscaped boulevards, and the ring of hotels. The Entertainment Complex will consist of a hotel center for both business travelers and tourists,
