KATHY ZIMMERMAN is the owner of Kathy’s Kreations in Ligonier, Pennsyl-vania. Her favorite stitch elements are cables and textures, and she enjoys combining the two in her designs.

Finished Size 33'/$ (36!4, 39'/S, 42tf, 45'/$, 48/$)" bust circumference. Pullover shown measures 3314", modeled wirh minimal posi-tive ease.

Yarn Classic Elitę Sprout (100% organie cotton; 109 yd (99 m(/100 g): *4385 dreamside, 5 (6, 7, 7,8,9) balls.

Needles Size 9 (5.5 mm): straight. Size 7 (4-5 mm): straight and 16" circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Cable needle (cn); markers (m); tapestry needle.

Gauge 16 sts and 21 rows = 4" in rev St st on larger needles, after blocking; 32 sts of central cable panel = 7" wide on larger needles, after blocking; 21 sts and 22 rows = 4" in body rib patt on larger needles, after blocking.
