Starting Position: Sit on bali in optimal posturę. Place band under one foot and prop-erly grasp other end with opposite hand. Grab wrist with other hand waist high. Tighten abdominal muscles.
Movement/Exercise: With straight arm, puli band from waist level up and across body ending overhead. Eyes can follow hands while keeping spine still. Reverse slowly keeping band taut at all times. Repeat. Switch to other side.
CAUTIOH: STAY WITHIN PAIN FREE RANGĘ. KEEP WRISTS IN NEUTRAL ALIGNMENT. DO NOT ALLOW WRISTS TO MOVE AS RESISTIYE BAND STRETCHES.
Breathing: Inhale as band stretches, exhale on return. Modification: Do one arm at a time.
1. Allow trunk to join in movement instead of keeping spine still. Bend over to start and straighten hips and trunk up to lift.
2. Allow bali to roli backward while flexing and forward while lifting.
3. Use only one hand to lift as per progressions 1 & 2.

Movement/Exercise: Step one leg out at a time. Slowly reverse so that band remains taut at all times. Repeat. Alternate legs.
