Starting Position: Sit on bali in optimal posturę. Properly grasp resistive band.
I 'lace band around one toot.
Movement/Exercise: Keeping hands still at sides. Straighten knee and hip until foot is out in front. Slowly bend hip and knee so that band remains taut at all times. Repeat. Switch legs.
CAUTIOH: STAY WITHIN PAIN FREE RANGĘ. KEEP WRISTS IN NEUTRAL AUGNMENT. DO NOT ALLOW WRISTS TO MOVE AS RESISTIVE BANDSTRETCHES. ______
Breathing: Inhale as band stretches, exhale on return.
Modification: Touch hands to bali while holding band for balance assist. Progression: Close eyes to increase proprioceptive input and challenge balance.

Comments: The bali creates a mobile base ol support as resistive band is slretched and challenges lim imiscles that provide lower extremity and spinał stabilization. Moving leg continually changes the • nntur ot gravity over the base of support. Decreasing base of support increases difficulty.

Starting Position: Kneel prone over bali. Properly hołd each end of the band with both hands placed on floor. Keeping elbows straight, put weight on one hand.
Movement/Exercise: Lift straight arm overhead until upper arm is next to ear. Slowly reverse so that band remains taut at all times. Repeat. Alternate arms.
CAUTIOtl: STAY WITHIN PAIN FREE RANGĘ. KEEP WRISTS IN NEUTRAL AUGNMENT. DO NOTALLOW WRISTS TO DEVIATE AS RESISTIVE BAND STRETCHES.
Breathing: Inhale as band stretches, exhale on return.
Modification: Only move arm as far as comfort allows. Progression:

Purpose/ 3oal:_
Comments: The bali creales a mobile base o! support as resislive band is strelched and challenges the muscles Ihat provide spinał and exlremily stabilization. Feel shoulder blade adducl loward spine as arm is lilted. Decreasing base of support increases dilliculty.
