(Jret an ordinary chair and grasp it firmly on the sides of the back as shown in the accompanying illustration. Turn it upside down with the seat
above the head. Move it from one side of the body to the Other. As the chair inclines to one side of the body, the body should bend on that side in order to develop the muscles.
