Jolu the squares with lwu |ump rings each. You can usc flat-nosc pliers to adjust the webwork sllghlly so that the rings lic in the bost locallons. Set a ring on each end of the assemblage. Mount a clasp on one end. Finally. shape the bracelet around a bracelet mandrel. then pollsh it.

I havc used fairly hcavy wire herc. bul you can subslltute 18- to 16-gauge (I to 1.2 mm) wire if you wish.

Make tlu* coli with 14-gaugc (1.5 mm) wire. Strcieh li to 8% inches (22 cm).

Make it into a rough shape by bcndłng 0ver the ends (see page 25) and hitching them togetlier.

As you do webwork. thread the beads onto the fine wire and place them ran-domly. fllling the shape with carnelians and siker wire—qulte lovely.

Altach a ring on each side of the shape so tliat the rings are locatcd roughly across from each olher and slightly above the vcriical center.

Joln the rings one by one Into two lengths of cham (see page 31 for how to |oin rings). Mouni the clasp on one end of the necklacc.

Slip thr beads onto the fine wire randomly as you apply webwork to the shape. fllling it with carnelians and silvcr wirc. Allach a ring lo each slde of ihe shaim. Assemble Ihe chain. siarting with one of the rings atlachcd to ihe carnclian siructure. The chain ends with Ute clasp. which grasps Ihe ring on the opposilc side of the car-nelian siruciure.
