CYLINDER, PISTON AND EXH AUST VALVE 6-11

_CAUTION_

If the piston pin end is not at the proper position, you can not insert the piston into the cylinder properly and the piston ring will bedamaged.

Locate the piston ring end to the locating pin and insert the piston into the cylinder.

♦    Install the actuator lever (3) to the exhaust valve shaft.

*    Tighten the exhaust valve bołt with the pin (included part).

H Exhaust va!ve bolt: 4.5 N m (0.45 kgf-tn, 3.25 !b-ft)

•    Install the new gasket and the cover and tighten the bolts.

♦    Apply grease to the new O-rings and install them to the cylinder.

♦    Install the cylinder head.

NOTĘ:

Apply Bond to the stud bolt threads when assembling the removed stud bolts into the cylinder.
