CYLINDER. PISTON AND EXHAU$T VALVE 6-3

ENGINE TOP SIDE

CYLINDER HEAD REMOVAL

♦    Remove the seat. (d/^5-3)

♦    Remove the fuel tank. (d/^5-3)

♦    Drain englne coolant. (tnr*12-3)

♦    Loosen the clamp and disconnect the radiator hose ®.

♦    Remove the spark pług cap ® and spark pług <D.

♦    Remove the nuts, washers ® and nut (5).

♦    Remove the engine mounting plates * Remove the cylinder head®.

NOTĘ:

Loosen the cylinder head nuts diagonaiiy to prevent cylinder head distortion.

CYLINDER REMOVAL

♦ Remove the cylinder head. (O^abo^e) _N

Remove the exhaust pipę. (CIF5-4)

Remove the radiator louyer. - \\

Remove the radiatorrneunfing botts, left and right sides.

♦    Remove the cylinder head O-rings © and @.

♦    Remove the exhaust valve rod cover CD and gasket.

♦    Remove the radiator hose ®, ®.
