6-12 CYLINDER, PISTON AND EXHAU$T VALVE

• Tighten the cylinder head nuts to the specified torque accord-ing to the specified tightening order as shown in two steps.

n Cylinder head nut

Initial: 15 Nm (1.5 kgf-m, 11.0 Ib-ft)

Finał: 25 N m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.0 Ib-ft)

•    Reassemble the engine mounting plates.

H Engine mounting nut CD: 44 N m (4.4 kgf-m, 32.0 Ib-ft) Engine piÄ…te nut (2): 43 N m (4.3 kgf-m, 31.0 Ib-ft)

•    Reassemble the spark pÅ‚ug and spark pÅ‚ug cap.

•    Connect the radiator hose and tighten the clamp.fd/^IS-^, 13)

•    Reassemble the exhaust pipÄ™. ((^7¹5-9)

•    Pour engine coolant. (CT7°2-10)

•    Inspect engine coolant leak.

EXHAUST VALVE GOVERNOR REMOV AND DISASSEMBLY

•    Drain transmission oil. (d7^i>2-9)

•    Drain engine coolant. (C^l2-3)    , . _v , w

•    Remove the exhaust pipÄ™. (C^5;4) \ r>'\\ >

•    Remove the rear brake pedaÅ‚. (CA°15-T4)'"

•    Remove the clutch cover. (O^B-3) \ \J>

•    Remove the exhaust valve boft.-(C?^>6-4) â€¢ Remove the exhaust valve governor (3).
