3. Turning ol the head round to the sides

Turn the head to the !cft, place the right hand against the right jaw. as shown in Fig. in.

Then turn the head slowly round to the right, resisting the move-ment by the force of the right arm. \Vhen the head is turned well to the right take away the right hand and place the Ieft one against the left jaw, to oppose the head turning to the left, and go on thus five to twentv-five times. first to the one side, then to the other.
