STITCH your motifs on to two scraps of aida and add your beads. Cut the aida and two fabric pieces into equal sized squares. With right sides in, pin and stitch one aida and one fabric piece together along one edge. Repeat with the other two.
USE an iron to press the two pieces you created in Step 1. With the right sides together pin and machinę stitch both pieces together along one side. Linę up the joins to ensure the comers come together neatly at the middle.
ONCE you've f imshed the front of your pincushion, press the seams fiat. Cut a piece of backing fabric to the same size as your front piece. With right sides together pin and sew all the way around, leaving an opening for turning.
TURN right side out and fili as firmly as possible with stuff ing. Slip stitch the opening dosed. Add a button to the middle at both the front and back. Secure the button tightly to create an indent in the middle of the pincushion.

CUT your stitched piece and a piece of backing fabric to the same size. We cut ours to measure 6x6cm. Pin and machinę stitch in place, leaving an opening for turning.
FI LL your sachet hrmly with stuff ing, using a knitting needle or scissors to get into the comers. Slip stitch the opening dosed. If you like, add a blanket stitch border all the way around instead.
ADD seed beads around the outside edge using a beading needle and coordinating thread. We've altemated between white and pink sead beads for ours but you might want to go bolder.
TO create the fabric loop, cut a fabric strip measuring 5xl5cm. Fold the edges in and press fiat. Now fold in half sothe folded edges linę up. Loop around your scissors and stitch in place.
