7-6 CLUTCH

•    Replace the O-ring with a naw ona.

•    Fit the clutch outer cover ©.

•    Tighten the bolts diagonally.

H Clutch outer cover bolt: 11 N m (1.1 kgf-m, 8.0 Ib-ft)

•    Reassemble the rear brake pedaÅ‚. ([^7“ 15-15)

•    Fili the transmission with specified transmission oil to the correct level. (C^/⁼‘2-9)

•    Inspect the clutch cable play. (0^2-12)

PRIMARY DRIVEN GEAR ASS’Y REMOVAL

•    Remove the clutch outer cover.

•    Removethe pressure piÄ…te and clutch plates. ((^7¹7-3)

•    Flatten the lock washer ©.

Hołd the clutch sleeve hub with the special tool and łóosep \ the nut®.

•    Remove the needle bearing ®.

•    Remove the spacer (§).
