• Tighten the clutch sleeve hub nut with the special too! to the specified torgue.

09920-53740: Clutch sleeve hub holder

H Clutch sleeve hub nut: 70 Nm (7.0 kgf-m, 51.0 Ib-ft) • Bend the lock washer to secure the nut.

•    Reassemble the clutch plates and pressure piÄ…te. (0^7:5), \

•    Replace the O-ring with a new one.

•    Fit the clutch outer cover and bolts. Tighten the Ä™lotch cover

bolts diagonally. (CZ7"8-5)    \ V \\ V

H Clutch outer cover bolt: 11 N m (i.1 kgt-m, 8^) Ib-ft)

•    Reassemble the rear brakp pedaf. ((X^15-15j>

CLUTCH RELEASE CAMSHAFT REMOVAL

•    Remove the magneto rotor and stator. 3-5)

•    Remove the clutch release camshaft CD.

NOTĘ:

Loosen the clutch cable adjuster when disconnecting.

CLUTCH RELEASE CAMSHAFT INSPEC-TION

• Inspect the clutch release camshaft.

Refill transmission oil. (O^Z-9). - ^ \    â€¢
