EXHAUSTVALVE 11-7

•    Temporarily tighten the bolts ®.

•    Turn the cap 180° clockwise and tighten the bolts to the spec-ified torque.

Q Exhaust valve return spring cap bolt:

4.5 Nm (0.45 kgf-m, 3.3 Ib-ft)

•    Install the exhaust side valve (0), stopper pin © and new gas-ket ©.

•    Tighten the bolt ® to the specified torque.

[¹] Exhaust side valve bolt: 4.5 N m (0.45 kgf-m, 3.3 Ib-ft)

NOTĘ:

*    The yellow painted side valve must be installed on right side. The white painted side vaive must be installed on left side.

*    Install the exhaust side vaive cam.

Install the exhaust side valve cam with aligning the emboss @ with the pin of the exhaust side valve.

Turn the exhaust side valve cam approx. 35°.

In above position, the pin behind the exhaust side valve cam engages the groove ® on the exhaust valve cam rod.

   Install the pin.

•    Install the spacer © with the hollow faced outside.

•    Install the left exhaust side valve in the same manner as the right exhaust side valve.

NOTĘ:

Make surę that the spacer is the same level with the cylinder. If not so, the exhaust side vaive cam isn’t installed correctly.
