CLUTCH PLATĘ REASSEMBLY

♦    Apply transmission oil to the drive plates CD and driven plates

♦    Fit the clutch push rod (1).

♦    Instałl the clutch drive plates and driven plates one by one into the clutch sleeve hub in the prescribed order as show in illustration.

Direction of outside

Apply transmission oil to the release beąiing (4). \\ \

Fit the clutch push piece ® and release bearing ($*. The roller side ot the bearing @ shogld f ącętocJutchpush piece side.

♦    Fit the pressure piąte <D.

♦    Fit the clutch springs, washers and bolts.

♦    Tighten the bolts diagonally.

H Clutch spring bolt: 4.5 N m (0.45 kgf-m, 3.3 Ib-ft)
