The next fifteen exercises show the use ot' triple paradiddles as jazz fills. As usual, every fili bar begins with three bars of the jazz ride cymbał beat. The bass drum is played on all four counts with the hi-hat on 2 and 4. Be surę to make a smooth transition between the three bars of jazz time and the fili bar.
All of the fills on this page use triple-paradiddle sticking around three drums (snare drum, smali and large tom).
* Notę: The third partial of the triplet on beat 4 is omitted during the third repeat to allow sufficient time for the right hand to lead into the fili bar.
