Step 7.

Płace your chip in your adapter and read it with your programmer, l'm using a UPA UPS programmer with a TSM3/0 adapter from Elrasofl. Read the chip as a TMS370Cx02.

Make surę you place the chip in the righl way, pin one is marked with a dot on the top of the chip and it‘s in the middle of a row, the edge of the chip is also sloped.

Once the chip is read successfully all you need to do is interpret your result.

The content of the chip is called a "dump", save your dump as a BIN file for later reference.
