Start engine and warm it up until water temperaturę indicator points to middle of gauge and make surę that engine speed is be Iow 1,000 rpm.

Turn off engine and open engine hood.

Disconnect air injection hose from air pipę and install cap on air pipę and disconnect throttle opener control valve vacuum hose at throttle opener control valve side and install blind pług to hose.

Start engine and run it at idle speed for 2 minutes.

Race engine (2,000 - 3,000 rpm) 2 or 3 times under no-load and run engine at idle speed.

Check ignition timing.

M/T: 2±2° A.T.D.C. A/T: 2±2° B.T.D.C.

(in "D" position)

Adjust ignition timing by turning distributor, loosening distributor securing bolt.
