Consider the process in figurę 4.47.
(a) Determine the following performance indicators:
* Occupation ratę (utilization) for each resource,
* Average WIP (work in progress),
• Average flow time (throughput time), and
• Average waiting time for each task.
The two resources working on task 1 join forces and work together on both easy and difficult cases. As a result the average time to handle task 1 for one case is two minutes (i.e., a total of 4 minutes of capacity).
