When you think about airport restaurants, you probably have an image of a crowded fast-food bar. After all, most of us are only there to get to somewhere else. However, the new el Greco at Gatwick is rapidly gaining a reputation for excellence. It is a °spadous (space) well-lit restaurant and, although it can seat up to 150
