neccssary to rcgrind the insidc bevel, but the angle of the under bevcl must be reground. A grinding wheel can remove much of the boredom and frustration from sharpening. However, unless you havc the skill and are prepared to retemper your chiscls if you overheat them, avoid grinding on a
dry wheel. If you use a vertical wheel take great care not to leave the edge hollow ground. It will make the chisel dig in. A straight or slightly rounded bevel is preferable. The best grinding whecls rotate horizontally and are water or oil cooled.
