FRONT AND REAR BRAKES 15-5

BRAKE PADS REPLACEMENT

FRONT BRAKE PADS

• Remove the cap (?) and pad mounting pin

♦    Remove the brake pads.

NOTĘ:

Replace the two brake pads as a set.

♦    Fit the new brake pads into the caliper and tighten the pad mounting pin to the specified torque.

H Brake pad mounting pin: 17.5 N-m (1.75 kgf-m, 13.2 Ib-ft)

NOTĘ:

Pump the brake iever severaf times to seat the brake pads reassembling.

REAR BRAKE PADS

♦ Remove the cap © and pad mounting pin.<2)\ \\ >

*    Remove the brake pads.

NOTĘ:

Replace the two pads as a set.

♦    Fit the brake pads into the caliper.

•    Tighten the brake pad mounting pin to the specified torque.

H Brake pad mounting pin: 17.5 N-m (1.75 kgf-m, 13.2 Ib-ft)

NOTĘ:

Pump the brake pedał several times to seat the brake pads after reassembling.
