4) The assembly shown in Figurę 2 consists of 2 round rods, one of aluminum and one of Steel. The aluminum is fixed at the top end. They have the diameters shown in Figurę 2. A 150 kN load is applied downward to the Steel as shown. There are also two forces, of magnitude F, applied upward on the Aluminum as shown. The Aluminum has a yield strength of ayieia = 300 MPa. The Steel has a yield strength of oyieU = 550 MPa. For the assembly shown in Figurę 2 fmd:
a) The Factor of Safety agamst yield for the Steel
b) The rangę of the magnitude of force F such that the Factor of Safety agamst yield in the Aluminum is greater than or equal to 3.
