What is the huami-PAI™ Health Assessment System?

The huami-PAI™ Health Assessment System is a revolu-tionary indicator for individuals during exercise. It can translate heart ratę values into morę meaningful PAI values, giving you morę intuitive control over your physical capacity.

According to the *HUNT Fitness Study, people who main-tain the huami-PAI™ score above 100 have lower risk of hypertension, heart disease and type II diabetes. So, as long as you can keep the huami-PAI™ score above 100, you'll maintain a good physical state.

*The HUNT Fitness Study, which lasted for 25 years and in-volved approximately 45,000 participants, was conducted by Professor Ulrik Wisloff, of the Medical College of Nor-wegian University of Science and Technology.
