Step 1. Pick OTUs with the fast method using your fuli input seguence collection.

plck_otus.py -■ preflx_suffi* -u 0 -i split_lit>rary_output/seqs.fno -o prefix_picked_otui

The resulting OTU map will look something like:

where 0 and 1 are OTU IDs, and PC ’ are seguence IDs

Step 2. Pick a representative set of seguences for the resulting OTU map.
