• Preservation and reproduction of the work using techniques such as printing, reprographics, magnetic tape and digitization
• Placing on the market, loaning, or renting the original or copies
• Publication via internal and extemal advertising channels
• Preservation and reproduction in the press, with the aid of printing, reprographic film, magnetic tape or electronic channels
• Unlimited distribution via mobile telephone networks
• Storage on Computer hard drives and other storage media
• Copying and digitizing
• Public presentation, display, broadcasting and rebroadcasting, and sharing of the work as part of marketing and advertising activities of GeBO and HPE.
5. If the Film includes images of any individuals, and it is possible to identify these persons, it is
necessary to attach a list of the names of the persons pictured or filmed as well as their consent
to use their image.
§5 EVALUATION CRITERIA
1. From all work sent, the Jury will choose a maximum of twenty (20) Films whose creators will be invited to the second stage of the Competition. Results will be announced on 11 March 2016. Chosen candidates will receive information about their selection via email or telephone.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to contact only the selected people.
3. The Jury will judge work taking the following into consideration:
• Originality of content and form of the Film
• The author’s creativity
• Accordance with Competition Rules
4. The Jury’s decision is finał.
5. Winners will be notified by email or telephone.
§6 COMPETITION STAGES
1. The Organizer expects 2 stages of the competition, from which four (4) people be offered internships.
2. Competition stages:
• Stage one - Film submission
• Stage two - lnterview
The second stage will consist of an interview with the futurę potential supervisor as well as a member of the Jury of the contest. The interviews will take place 14-18 March 2016.
