2. Personal data of Participants of the Competition are being collected exclusively for conducting the Competition, contacting Participants of the Competition, and verifying information provided by Participants, and will be deleted immediately afterthe conclusion of the Competition, no laterthan 30 April 2016. Personal data will be stored in a way that prevents disclosure and will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (fuli text, Dz. U. z 2002 r., No. 101 item 926).

§9 FINAŁ PRON/ISIONS

1.    Neither the Organizer nor any other subject partnering in the Competition bears any responsibility for Internet access ortechnical problems that may occurduring submission of work.

2.    The Organizer does not bear any responsibility for broken or interrupted Internet connections which may distort or damage film files. Any claim regarding such incidents will not be considered.

3.    The Organizer reserves the right to dismiss any work from the Competition which does not fulfill all requirements prescribed in the Rules, or work which is in violation of laws orthe rights of others. The Organizer can exclude any entry with giving a reason.

4.    The Organizer will not inform Candidates of the exclusion of their work nor the reasons for exclusion.

5.    Neither the Organizer nor any other subject partnering in the Competition bears any responsibility for any losses incurred by the Candidate as a result of incorrect information provided by the Candidate, or as a result of any other type of inaccuracy resulting in the exclusion of a Competition Candidate.

6.    These Rules are the only document describing the rules of the Competition.

7.    The Organizer reserves the right to change these rules, underthe condition that such action does not infringe upon the rights of current Candidates or Competition winners.

8.    In the case where the Organizer discovers actions taken by a Participant which are contrary to these Rules or the laws and rights of others and are intended to help the Participant win, the Organizer reserves the right to revise the results of the Competition and exclude the Participant from taking part therein. In the case of removal of a winner, the winning Participant is obliged to return the received prize. The return of the prize does not prevent the Organizer from claiming compensation from the Participant on generał grounds.

9.    Submission to the contest constitutes unconditional acceptance of the conditions of the Competition and of these Rules. No appeals will be considered. The finał right of interpretation of these Rules lays solely with the Organizer.
