the practitioner to teach the creighton model FertilityCareF* System to clients. It provides education in both the basie as well as advanced aspects of this system. The are two education phases, two supervised practica, an on-site visit, and a finał qualifying exam.

APPLICANT ELIGIBELITY:

1.    Registered nurse with current license;

2.    Allied health professionals with a BA or BS degree in: Health or basie Sciences. Behavioral Sciences. Social Sciences. Education

3.    Two years university study

4.    Medical physicians with current license:

Who do not prescribe or refer for contraceptives.

Who do not perform or refer for stenlization or abortion

5.    Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Nurse Midwife

-Who do not presciibe or refer for contraceptives -Who do not perform or refer for sterihzation or abortion

6.    Pharmacist with current license

-Who do not dispense or refer for contraceptives -Who do not dispense or refer for sterihzation or abortion
