in spite of the higher menn IgG concentration m the Dromedary <Tables 3 and 4). Similar to Lf. the seasonal change in IgG oontont was significant <P < 0.001), with higher value$ in the winter 10.849 ± 0.204 mg/mL) than in the sununer *0.550 r 0.157 mg/niL; Table 4). Therc was a significant interaction (P < 0.01) between region and speries for IgG concentration, wliich can be ex-plained by the signifiamtly higher IgG concentration in Dromedary raw camels milk samples from Aral.sk (0955 * 0.243 mg/mL) compared with the Bactrian sam-pies from Almaty (0.591 + 0.128 mg/mL).
The montJily change in IgG concentration is shown • Figurę 2>. The IgG concentration decreased regularly •P< 0.001) tlirougtiout theyear, with the highest value found in January (0.975 ± 0.132 mg/mL> and the lowest in July (0.511 ±0.121 ing/mL>.
Correlation Between U and IgG
The correlation between IgG and Lf concentrations in all raw camels milk samples was significant (r2 » 0.530. P < 0.01). The regression eąuation was
[IgG] e 421 -f L295(L<1 * 281.
The number of milk samples from Bactrian and Droine-dnry camels was sufficient to compare the regression lines1 Figurę 3). Tłie Pearson correlation coefficient was significant for the Badriun camd <r* = 0.706, P < 0.05), mainly becauseoffew samples haring a high concentration of both Lf and IgG, but not for the Dromedary <r2 = 0.327, NS). However, after omitting a single outstand* ing |>oint. the Pearson correlation coefficient for the Bactrian camel was still significant (r = 0.340, P < 0.05).
Based on their concentrations of both Lf and IgG i Table 5), the 4 groups of samples were significantly linked iP < 0.001) to sonie factors: The samples with Iow concentrations of both IgG and Lf i IgGl/Lfl > were linked to sumnier milk ftx>m the Dromedary at Shym-kent, whercćis the samples with high concentrations of both IgG and Lf (IgG2/Lf2i were linked to spnng milk from the Bactrian at Atyrau. The group IgGl/Lf2 was morę frequcnt in sununer milk from the Dromedary. whatever the region, and the group IgG2/Lfl was morę
