Fulfillment of an integrated scientific research task "Theory and methodology of crisis management in public administration as an applied disciplinc and transfer of its knowledge into practice of public administration subjects"

The transfer of scientific knowledge of crisis management as a theory of practical activities of different systems participating in prevention, crisis situation solving and removing its conseąuences, is a relationship, which is complicated, contradictory and multi-factorial conditioned. It is mainly a mutual relationship.

The objectives of integrated research target are: to acąuire scientific information about level and perspectives of acąuiring theoretical and empirical knowledge of crisis management in public administration and level of using in practical activities of specialized workplaces in the local public administration and local govemment; to analyze tlie current State and prognoses of development of security public administration services and rescue subjects within national and supranational measure: to create optimal algorithms and models of fulfillment of the crisis management tasks in the public administration and preparation of proposals for their introduction into the practice.
