TERAHERTZ SPECTROSCOPY OF AMIDOGEN, NH₂

The rotational spectrum of NH₂ in its ² B\ ground vibronic State has becn investigated włth microwave accuracy between 614 and 1003 GHz. 188 newly observe<l hyperfine componcnts of 6 rotational transitions with 0 < N < 5 and 0 < K_a < 4 were used in the finał global fit of field free data for the (000) vibrational State. Results from FIR, millimeter, and submillimeter spectroscopy, as well as microwave optical double resonance (MODR) data, mostly magnetic dipole transitions, were also used in the fit. A large set of spectroscopic constants reproduces the input data within experimental uncertainties. The hyperfine parameters are in very good agreement with those of Saito et al.^a
