And at the push of the electronic high speed tuning button, the synthesiser flies through megacycles at 10kHz per step (500Hz per turn).

The Computer compatible IC-701 LSI chip provides input of incremental step or digit-by-digit programmmg data from an external source, such as the microprocessor controlled accessory which will also provide remote band selection and other functions.
