Learning outcomes:
The objective of the course is to familiarize the students with various forms of financing for
companies, with advantages and disadvantages of capitals an the cost of Capital._
The course description/ Content:
1. Forms of Capital (stocks, credits, bonds, commercial papers, joint ventures; leasing, factoring, mezzanine Capital, venture Capital, business angels etc.);
2. Cost of Capital;
3. Capital available on the Polish market;
4. Optimal structure of Capital;
5. Factors of risk;
6. Managing risk.
