After the nomination by Wrocław International Office, the host university contacts the student and asks for:

■    application form (different from FORMULARZ ZGŁOSZENIOWY !!!)

■    LA (learning agreement),

■    transcript of records from the home university (optional)

■    Application for accommodation (optional)

■    Application for the language course (optional)

Sometimes also:

■    confirmation of language skills

■    additional Erasmus nomination

■    other documents

Many host universities have their own on-line procedurę system which should be followed

CHECK THE HOST UNIVERSITY WEBSITE „incoming Erasmus students"

IMPORTANT! No reply from the host university - please come to International Office!
