Project goals:	Construction and wind power plant operation with a capacity of 300 mWh, creation of new workplaces.
Short summary of the project:	Construction of wind power plant based on European equipment for European standards. The following indices are planned: The cost of Capital development: 11250 million UAH; Power generation: 1050 million kWh per year.
Expected results:	Formation of ecological generating capacity; Creation of 20 workplaces for local population; Decrease of the independence of import energy products; Foreign fund-raising; Replenishment of local budget on tax.
