Recent clinical work

I graduated cum laude from the Medical University in Bydgoszcz, Poland in 2004. My psychiatrie experience started in 2005 at the Unit of Psychiatry in the General Hospital in Pabianice, Poland. That practice allowed me to gain experience in basie procedures, such as: mental State examination, diagnosis, lab tests, additional tests (EEG, CT, MRI), differential diagnosis, psychiatrie treatment, prevention and psychoeducation for patients and their families, as well as physical and neurological examination. I was also responsible for initiating and monitoring pharmacological treatment. I also worked at the Emergency Psychiatrie Unit. That work helped me gain morę experience in emergency psychiatry. During that practice I could also cooperate with other specialists, which showed me important relationship between mental and physical health.

Next, I started my post-doctoral studies in psychiatry at the Clinic of Adult Psychiatry in Łódź, Poland. During this period I gained morę generał experience in clinical psychiatry. I also started my research work and was responsible for lecturing psychiatry to students of medicine and nurses in training. The topics of my lectures included generał psychopathology, affective and psychotic disorders, treatment of cognitive disorders, autism, stress-related disorders and anxiety
